By George Otieno Okoth, of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Okoth, who died at God Abuoro, on 3rd August, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2026
By Ayub Okuto Ongany, of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herine Anyango Onyango, who died at Okok, Kisumu East, on 21st March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2026
By (1) Lawrence Apiyo Nganyi and (2) Alphonce John Onyango, both of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Nganyi Maseko, who died on 22nd February, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
