PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Ahmed Yusuf Harunany, the executor of the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Yusuf Haji, who died at Memon Medical Centre, on 23rd March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026
By Fatuma Mohamed Shafi, the deceased’s great- niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mwinyi Matani Mtangana, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 1958.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
