TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025
By Johannes Kibot Mosebi, of P.O. Box 142, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimosebi Sigei, who died on 29th July, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Samwel Kogo, of P.O. Box 182- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptalam arap Meli, who died at Samitui, on 28th November, 2012.

By Rael Jerotich, of P.O. Box 148- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kositany Tergech alias Gosichtany Tergech, who died at Kapsimatwo, on 14th July, 2021.

By Jane Tapsile Songonyi, of P.O. Box 121, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Songony, who died at Matambach, on 17th April, 1977.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
