TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Henry Kipkogei Ngeno, of P.O. Box 1001-3010, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Ngelechei, who died at Tiwa Village, on 22nd July, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Margaret Jerotich Kipkorir, through Messrs. Chepchumba Rose and Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Kimoi Taptuei, who died at Kaptik, on 10th September, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By (1) Augustine Kiplagat and (2) Rael Chepchumba Chebii, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkurgat Kiptormos alias Chepkurgat Kiptormos, who died at Chepkosom Village, on 14th August, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By (1) Leah Jemutai Cheptoo and (2) Sammy Kipruto Bundotich, both of P.O. Box 1595-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesugut Kiptoo, who died on 21st October, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
