TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Salim Hussein Haga, of P.O. Box 85737-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuche Charo Chaleo, who died at Mavueni, Majajani, on 8th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By (1) Saleem Sadrudin F. Jamal Madhani alias Saleem Sadrudin Fazal Jamal and (2) Azeem Sadrudin Fazal jamal, both of P.O. Box 98181, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of the will of Roshabanu Sadrudin Jamal alias Roshabanu Sadrudin Fazal Jamal alias Roshabanu Fazal Jamal alias Roshabanu Sadrudin Jamal, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 8th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
