CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025
By Monica Mwende Makori, of P.O. Box 60, Maungu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fransisca Nduku Ayub alias Fransisca Nduku Ndivo alias Fransisca N. Ayub alias Fransisca Nduku, who died at Bombolulu, on 30th March, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Silvestus Mbula Kikosi and (2) Moki Mbula, both of P.O. Box 93334-80102, Chaani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbula Kikosi, who died at Kitiu County, on 2nd November, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Elizabeth Angelica Pamela Pereira and (2) Evelyn Philomena Clotilda Pereira, both of P.O. Box 83458-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Piedade Albertina Pereira alias Pereira Anna Piedade Albertina, who died at Ganjoni, on 12th July, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
