TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025
By Bahati Ali Bakari, of P.O. Box 4046-80107, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Ali Bakari, who died on 20th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Fatma Mohamed Mijdu, of P.O. Box 80812-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Juma Mijdu, who died at Sayyida Fatma Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
