CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2024
By Margaret Mwihaki Wambui, of P.O. Box 31, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Njiriri Mburu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025
By Samuel Njoroge Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau alias John Kamau Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 6th September, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025
By Joseph Waithaka Gathenji, of P.O. Box 571, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Karanja Gathenji, who died at Kijabe, on 16th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
