TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025
By (1) Veronica Nyambura Mwangi, (2) David Karanja Mwanki, (3) Sarah Wambui Mwanki and (4) Samuel Njoroge Wamui, the deceased’s widow, son, daughter and interested party, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonnah Mwanki Karanja alias Johnah Mwanki Karanja alias Jonah Mwanki Karanja, who died on 11th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2026
By (1) David Gicheha Muigai and (2) Philip Kimani Muigai, both of P.O. Box 28420-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Njeri Kaigwa, who died on 15th September, 1988.

By Edmond Jackson Karuga, of P.O. Box 55777-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangari Karuga, who died on 2nd April, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
