CAUSE NO. E565 OF 2025
By (1) Agnes Muringi Maina and (2) Lilian Wairimu Maina, both of P.O. Box 20668-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eric Maina Thuku, who died at Mbotela, on 23rd May, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E629 OF 2025
By Millicent Wambui Wairura, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Maina, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2022.

By Samuel Mwangi Ndungu, of P.O. Box 168, Kangenna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Kamau alias Paul Ndungu Kamau, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2026
By Michael Irungu Karuma, of P.O. Box 214, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karuma Njurunga alias Karuma Njurunga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
