By Rachel Wambui Mugo, of P.O. Box 214-10201, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Njoki Karuki, who died at Kikuyu Nursing Home, on 19th December, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2026
By Emmanuel Karanja Karuru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Karuru Karanja, who died at Bahati, on 6th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2026
By Leah Mercy Nyaguthii Kagunda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kagunda Kamau, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2026
By Rhondaine Wairimu Kamondo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Njeri Kamondo, who died at Mwai Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
