CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By Mary Muthoni Nyamu, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susana Wangari Ngunyu, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2025.

By (1) Francis K. W. Githinji and (2) Peter Munene Wamboo, the deceased’s stepsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanja Wamboo, who died at Kabati, on 10th December, 2025.

Box 367-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njogu Njoroge, who died at Naivasha County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2021.

By Mary Wangari Kamau, of P.O. Box 11-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Mulera, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 6th February, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
