TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E310 OF 2025
By Thomas Munene Mwai, of P.O. Box 262, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Matu Mwai Gatimu alias Simon Matu Gatimu, who died at Kianguenyi, on 31st October, 2024.

By Margaret Wawira Ngigi, of P.O. Box 12-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiku Ngigi, who died at Kaguyu, on 6th November, 2022.

By (1) Peter Njuguna Ndirangu and (2) Jane Nyawira Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 30, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njoroge Ndirangu, who died at Mugambaciura, on 14th September, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2026
By Charles Karimi Nginyi, of P.O. Box 235, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Muthoni Nginyi alias Cicily Muthoni Nginyi, who died at A.C.K., Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
