TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) David Mwiti Arimba and (2) Loise Gacooro M’Arimba, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arimba Manyara alias M’Arimba M’Imanyara, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By James Gitonga M’Marete, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marete Mukaba, who died at Nakirene, on 17th April, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Loise Mpuru Gitonga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gitonga Miriti alias Charles Gitonga Miriti, who died at Gathera, on 22nd April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) Jushua Kimathi Mwamba and (2) Anastacia Nkatha John, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamba M’Ringichu alias Mwamba Karingichu, who died at Uruku, on 21st July, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
