TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025
By (1) Samwel Kang’ethe Kahindo and (2) Eric S. Kairu Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 504, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kairu Karuga, who died at Langalanga, Gilgil, on 28th February, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2025
By (1) Gilbert Muthemba Gichaga, (2) Anthony Muroki Gichaga, (3) Sarah Wanjiku Kimani and (4) Joseph Nyutu Kamira, all of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wambui Gichaga, who died at Mirera, on 29th September, 2022.

By Florence Wambui Gichuri, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gichuri Wauruigi, who died at Gathanga, on 11th January, 2000.

By Pauline Wambui Waweru, of P.O. Box 2107-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waweru Chege, who died at Mbaruk, on 15th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By Mary Mweru Njenga, of P.O. Box 1017, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Muchiri Kimani, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
