TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Jackhim Gitonga Manene, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erustus Riungu alias Erastus Riungu, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Jackhim Gitonga Manene, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susana Mugure, who died on 2nd June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Evangiline Kagiwria Arimi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon K. Mwitia, who died at Kaurone, on 7th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
