PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2026
By (1) Dancan Ouma Ojuka and (2) Felix Otieno Ojuka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Dianga, who died at Kamenya, on 8th November, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2026
By Charles Ogure Suga, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suga Nyambune, who died on 4th October, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
