By Yunes Adongo Onyango, of P.O. Box 485, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onono Oyuqi, who died at Kaura, on 2nd April, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Peter Otieno Akello, of P.O. Box 327, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Akelo Ayungo, who died at Komungu, on 4th Juney, 1996.

By (1) Morris Owuor Mwata and (2) Jared Ouma Mwata, both of P.O. Box 281, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwata Beti, who died at Korayo, on 10th February, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
