TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Samuel Ndegwa Kungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegwa Kungu, who died at Karuri Sub- location, on 8th December, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Joseph Maina Kibugi, of P.O. Box 238, Ukunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Wairimu Kibugi, who died at Naivasha Sub-county Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
