CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Wanjiku Gikebe and (2) Magdalene Wangari Mburu, both of P.O. Box 10, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mburu Mwangi, who died at Kihungi, on 5th February, 2018.

By Michael Karanja Kahuho, of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kahuho Njuguna, who died at Engineer, on 26th March, 2023.

By (1) Nancy Wairimu Mungai, (2) John Kiarie Ngwiri and (3) Peter Karanja Mungai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Kagwe alias Mungai Kagwi, who died at Githioro, on 1st February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
