CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Jane Wangui Karanja, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Muriba, who died at Chunguti, on 16th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Jane Njeri Githui, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Githui Warama, who died at Kiamariga, on 15th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By (1) Njiu Njenga and (2) Samuel Mungai Wmangi, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Njiyo Njuguna, who died at Limunga- Melwa Sub- location, on 28th October, 1994.

By Paul Ndegwa E. Muriu, of P.O. Box 20- 20321, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mureu Ndegwa, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2007.

By Murichu Kang’oku, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njuguna Murichu, who died at Muchatha, on 22nd October, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
