IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT RUMURUTI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By (1) Charles Kinyanjui, (2) Mary Wanjiru and (3) Paul Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 1, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyanjui, who died at Rumuruti, on 22nd November, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Kamau, (2) Margaret Wanjiru and (3) Samuel Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 1, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru, who died at Rumuruti, on 5th July, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
