TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Maina Gitonga, (2) Joseph Kanyuira Maina and (3) Rahab Waithera Kibe, all of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Njoki Gitonga, who died at Mathakwa, on 27th May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Maina Gitonga, (2) Joseph Kanyuira Maina and (3) Rahab Waithera Kibe, all of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiku Gitonga, who died at Mathakwa, on 28th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By (1) Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Peter Mwangi Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 8802- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s co- widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Kabura Mwangi, who died at Kandutura, on 24th March, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By Benny Kanyi Waweru, of P.O. Box 53105- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Waweru Thumi, who died at Nyandarua, on 13th July, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
