PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By (1) Nthalie Dishon Mulwa and (2) Justice Musyimi Nguyu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Nguyu Mulwa, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Samson Komu Mathano, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathano Kiliie, who died at Masongaleni, on 8th November, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
