PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025
By (1) Urbabus Mwania Kathuka, (2) Josphine Wausi Makau and (3) Maggy Mueni Mutuku, the deceased’s grandson and daughters- inlaw, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juliana Nthemba Ngengi, who died at Makindu Sub- County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025
By Willie Wambua Mutiso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutiso Kithome alias Mutiso Kithome, who died at Makindu Sub- County Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
