CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2025
By Patrick Mwakha Wattit, of P.O. Box 1091, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincensio Ongoma Wattit alias Wattit Ongoma, who died on 24th March, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2026
By Willis Kigumu Lukandu, of P.O. Box 2425- 50200, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyne Gilliam Lukandu, who died on 23rd December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Phanel J. Mucheni Matsehe, of P.O. Box 636, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispo Matsehe Mwanza Alias Chrispo Matsehe, who died on 8th July, 1968.
CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2026
By Evans Juma Bwabi, of P.O. Box 801, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwabi Nandwele, who died on 21st October, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
