TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By (1) Wellington Musika and (2) Kennedy Nashitsakha Aseka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Aseka Mukolwe alias Aseka Mukolwe, who died at Shibembe, on 10th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By Fanis Anyango Otuoma, of P.O. Box 50, Butere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandalia Okechi Shikumo, who died at Ebulafu Sub- location, on 1st November, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Joseph Eshibwabo Omutanyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Nyabera Omutanyi, who died at Shirotsa, on 9th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By Alfred Matachi Anjawa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habil Anjawa Okong’o alias Habil Anjawa Okongo, who died at Ibokolo, on 7th May, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
