PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2024
By Rosemary Ombogo Okumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Okumu Okumbo, who died on 25th January, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025
By (1) Jason Samuel Ogola and (2) Bixa Okech Ogola, both of P.O. Box 50340- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Rosalia Akoth Ogola alias John Rosale Akoth Ogola, who died on 29th March, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
