TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By John Kennedy Awilly, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damar Oliech Awilly, who died at Kagwa Sub- location, on 15th February, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E516 OF 2025
By John Kennedy Awilly, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odeyo Awilly, who died at Masaba Sub- location, on 12th June, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
