TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Mutuku Ndula, of P.O. Box 59, Katangi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mbula Kyengo, who died at Kionyweni, on 22nd February, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2026
By Mukene Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 1, Kithimani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutete Mutuku, who died at Kithendu, on 13th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
