TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025
By Evans Demes Mackenzie, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Makenzi Kigungu alias Ephraim s/o Makenzi, who died at Chango Sub-location, on 17th March, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2026
By Joshua Evelia Miheso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Miheso Tsiamatsi alias Mihese Tsiamatsi, who died at Mahanga, on 3rd January, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
