TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2025
By Dorca Omolo Awino, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awino Owiti, who died at Nyagoko, on 5th August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By George Stevin Yiroh Adhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Adhiambo Owiti alias Joshua D. Adhiambo Owiti, who died at East Katwenga, on 29th April, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
