TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Lucas Otieno Agero, of P.O. Box 241-40302, Ndihwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Agero Mirandhe alias Agero Mariandhe, who died on 27th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Anjelina Okello Odera, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndihwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Opiyo, who died on 13th July, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Joseph Bori Ogada, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndihwa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Owino, who died on 10th May, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Benta Anyango Otieno and (2) Calvince Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 454-40302, Ndihwa in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Otieno Ogwang, who died on 10th February, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
