TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By Lewnida Alele Oloo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oloo Odongo alias James Oloo Ondondo, who died on 17th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Lucas Otieno Agero, of P.O. Box 241- 40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Agero Miriande alias Agero Mariande, who died on 27th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By Benta Atieno Ongo’ndo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ongo’ndo alias Joseph Ongondo Amolo, who died on 19th May, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
