IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KABIYET
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025
By (1) Isaacak Kiprono Lagat, (2) Meshack Kosgei Kipkemei, (3) Wesley Kibet Lagat and (4) Truphena Chelagat Cheptoo, all of P.O. Box 3788-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kiplagat Barno, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
