PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025
By (1) Edward Kimisik Birgen and (2) Alice Jepngetich Birgen, both of P.O. Box 937-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Chemurungu, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025
By (1) Eleazer Kipkering Misoi and (2) Julius Kipserem Sum, both of P.O. Box 336-30700, Cheptil in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesondin Yego, who died at Cheptil, on 20th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
