CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Samuel Gisemba Keragori, of P.O. Box 348-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osuto Oigara, who died at Bonyando, Matongo, on 26th July, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By Daniel Ombiro, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyeyna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombiro Ombiro, who died at Nyamaharaga Sub-location, on 27th August, 2013.

By Yovinalis Manyara Matara, of P.O. Box 35-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priska Mongina Mataka alias Mongina Matara, who died at Masakwe Sub-location, on 28th June, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
