TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2026
By Agnes Nyanchera Mumbo, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabbstiano Onditi Ongeri alias Onditi Ongeri, who died at Bomariba Sub-location, on 3rd November, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2026
By Yobensia Nyaboke Mogaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogaka Muma Miyoge, who died on 23rd January, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2026
By Mark Sungura Nyambane, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambane Kironchi, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
