CAUSE NO. 647 OF 2015
By (1) Peter Kariuki Mararo and (2) Francis Kimotho Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 2269- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanna Kariuki Githinji, who died at Kiamaina, Gituamba, on 30th October, 1998.

By Monicah Wambui Gachanja, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gachanja Kariuki alias Joseph G. Kariuki, who died at Apollo Hospital in India, on 17th June, 2023.

By (1) Jane Njeri Kiragu and (2) Patrick Karanu Kiragu, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Waithira Kiragu, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By Victor Were Wandei, of P.O. Box 16550- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Sarah Kagore Were alias Lucy Sarrah Were, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
