TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By (1) Charity Gatirithu Mwaniki and (2) Kiberenge Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 12429-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Mwaniki Kiberenge, who died at Kereeta, on 9th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025
By (1) Esther Winston Jefwa and (2) Michael Rua Jefwa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winston Samuel Jefwa Katsinye, who died on 24th October, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
