TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025
By (1) Rose Wangari Karanja and (2) Nancy Njeri Karanja, both of P.O. Box 52909-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dennis Munenge Karanja, who died on 18th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E356 OF 2025
By (1) Kennedy Ngugi Wangari and (2) Lucy Wambui Kinuuthia, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangari Gikaru, who died on 19th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E414 OF 2025
By (1) Penina Wanjiku Njeri and (2) Edward Ng’ang’a Gitua, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Gitua Kanja, who died on 25th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Hannah Ngendo Muthami, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ngigi Wahothi, who died on 7th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2026
By (1) David Mwaura Kinuuthia and (2) Mary Wangoi Mastu, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njoki Muthaka, who died on 13th February, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
