TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2023
By Joseph Nuno Ngochi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngochi Nunu, who died on 30th June, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2024
By Margaret Wambui Macharia, of P.O. Box 335- 00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Macharia Ngugi alias Peter Macharia, who died on 5th August, 2023.

By Anne Njeri Mbira and (2) John Waweru Muchai, the deceased’s widow and grandchild, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wallace Muchai Mwinyongori alias Muchai Mwinyongori alias Muchai Mwinyingori, who died on 25th January, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
