TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2021
By Joseph Kariuki Munene, of P.O. Box 1000- 20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Ndirangu, who died at Maragushu, on 1st January, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Joseph Wainaina Kimani, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Kimani Wainaina, who died at Keekonyokie, on 12th March, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Walter Kibe Njuguna, of P.O. Box 29178- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chris Charles Njuguna Gikira alias Charles Njuguna Gikira, who died at Kangemi, on 6th March, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By Elvis Afthab Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruphina Wanjiru Gacai, who died at Bondeni, on 24th May, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
