IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NYAHURURU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Wathira Mwangi and (2) Tabitha Wanjiku Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 1016- 20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Ng’ang’a Njuguna alias Josphat Nganga Njuguna, who died at N.C.R.H., on 24th June, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
