TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025
By (1) Elvis Kipruto Bii and (2) David Korir, both of P.O. Box 72348- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmy Chelangat Sigei, who died at Kapsogeruk, on 4th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025
By (1) Philip Kitur and (2) Mary Chepkemoi Cheluget, both of P.O. Box 71- 20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kitur Chelule alias John Kitur arap Cheluget, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025
By Caroline Chepngetchi Too, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipengono Too, who died at Mumberes, on 25th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Tonui Kipkoech Benard, of P.O. Box 115- 20422, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkemoi Kirui, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
