TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E400 OF 2024
By Mariam Chebet Abdullahi, of P.O. Box 1307- 2020, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Gilbert Kikwai Salbei, who died at Kericho County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2025
By Benedict Cheruiyot Langat, of P.O. Box 19- 20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of John Kipkemoi Miringo, who died on 6th January, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Kiprono Cheruiyot and (2) Stanley Kipkemoi, both of P.O. Box 42, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjelina Chemutai Chumo, who died on 25th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
