TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By Priscah Bosibori Mose, of P.O. Box 1737-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mose Moturi, who died at Keroka Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025
By Justus Onsongo Mokaya, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mokaya Obwocha, who died at Embaro, on 13th August, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025
By Norah Kwamboka Nyameino, of P.O. Box 2-40500, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyameino Mongare, who died at Matunwa, on 20th January, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
