CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024
By Henry Oenga Nyaribo, of P.O. Box 350-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Zachary, who died at Gucha Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025
By Salex David Osoro Mogaka, of P.O. Box 650-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Mogaka Osoro alias Nyaberri Osoro, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2013.

By Eunice Kemunto Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 1, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Nyakundi, who died at Kisii Teaching Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Bathseba Moraa Omosa and (2) Omosa Nyagaka Simeon, both of P.O. Box 170-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omosa Tumbo, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
