TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026
By (1) Erick Juma Owino and (2) Kenedy Okoth Amollo, both of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Oloo, who died at Nyadorera ‘A’ Sub-location, on 20th May, 1995.

By Florence Akinyi Ong’anda, of P.O. Box 32, Sawangogo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kennedy Wandago, who died at Sagam Community Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2014.

By Leonida Athieno Obwar, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Obwar Oloo, who died at Nyamila Sub-location, on 22nd September, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
