TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By (1) Molient Adhiambo and (2) Bruno Otieno, both of P.O. Box 44023-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Charles Origi, who died at New Nyanza General Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 1976.
CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2026
By Michael Omondi Onyango, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Onyango Onyoyo alias Alex Onyoyo, who died on 23rd March, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2026
By Alfred Onyango Okola, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Ochieng’ alias Ochieng’ Ochieng, who died on 23rd November, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
